High quality group programs. Join us!
Move.
A healthy active lifestyle begins in early childhood. Building ‘Physical Literacy’ skills from a young age will support your child’s physical, mental and social development. This ensures your child is a confident participant in future sport and physical activity.
Our ‘Move’ program is designed to build foundations for your child, getting them ready to launch into physical activity, sports and life. It aims to improve movement basics, coordination, sensory development, social development and brain development.
Play.
Play is your child’s work. Sensory experiences, open ended, creative and imaginative play support your child’s development. Engaging in play is the best way to help your child develop the skills they need when starting school.
Our ‘Play’ program is designed to provide your child with a variety of play opportunities that will allow them to learn through play and supporting their overall development.
Yoga.
Children who practice yoga have many physical, mental and emotional well being advantages. They develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, can better manage emotions and stress; and have improved concentration. Setting the way for positive life long health and well being choices.
Yoga at PLAY grp is specifically programmed for your child’s age and development. We make yoga fun and engaging by including imaginative and creative content.
